#557 When progress seems slow
When progress seems slow
Maybe even invisible
And still, every day you show
That you know
Where you’re going
That’s where you truly grow.
When progress seems slow
Maybe even invisible
And still, every day you show
That you know
Where you’re going

When I write, I’m meditating.
When I meditate, I’m writing.
When I run, I’m meditating.
When I meditate, I’m running.

When I meditate, I’m playing the guitar.
When I meditate, I’m writing.

Or yogis.
Or musicians.
Or athletes.
What would your future look like if you weren’t rushing to get there so fast?
What would your present look like if you didn’t let it be limited by the past?
What would your dreams look like if you realized your potential is vast?
Would you be free at last?
You’re not embarking on a new journey, you’re already on the journey.
